The Social Evening on Thursday 22 March was a huge success and was enjoyed by 27 members.
Apart from the delicious food, there was a "Guess the Weight of the Cake" competition, won by Janice Deas, and a table quiz organised by Sylvie Hodges. There was also the usual raffle, run by Paul Hodges.
Many thanks to all those who contributed to the success of this evening, with special thanks to Bernice
Jordan and Sylvie Hodges for the two main beef casseroles, and the seasonal laying out of the tables.
MALVERN SPRING SHOW - FRIDAY 11 MAY
Please contact Ray Jordan as soon as possible if you are interested in going to the Malvern Spring Show - a 33-seater coach has been booked and there are very few places left on it. The cost per seat is £12.50.
Entry tickets will cost £17.50, from the block obtained by the Gardening Club.
Pick-up time is 8 AM outside the Bell. The coach will return from Malvern at 4 PM and get back to the Bell at about 6 pm.
