Christmas Raffle 2009
Posted by Julie Tomlin on Dec 20 2009The raffle was organised by the Friends of All Saints Church, and had fantastic prizes including a top prize of £100 cash!
A very big thank you to all those who supported it - especially to all those who sold tickets: Freya and Frank at the Bell, Anne Garton, Sue Townsend, Noreen Lowe and Tammy Cronin. Thanks too to all those who kindly donated the prizes! The Draw made £323.50 profit for All Saints.
The £100 prize was won by Simon Pepper.
The Christmas Hamper and large box of Chocolate Mints was won by Mrs Mills from Hornton who is a keen supporter of Cafe Church.
Irene Poulton won the Taboo and some toiletries
The Ratcliffes won the bottle of Whisky
The large box of Milk Tray was won by Margaret Hastie of Banbury
Mrs Jennifer Townsend won the bottle of sherry
Mr Derbyshire won a bottle of Taboo and a box of chocolates
Julie Tomlin won the bottle donated by North Oxon Wines
Ian Morrison won the Poppy tablemats (appropriate for his house!) and the Terrys All Gold chocolates
Finally, the Belgian biscuits were won by someone called Darren who bought his ticket at the last minute in the Bell.
