Could you be a Parish Councillor or Parish Clerk?
Posted by Julie Tomlin on Apr 27 2010The Bourtons Parish Council have a vacancy for a Parish Clerk as from 1st June. This is a paid position which entails, attendance at monthly parish council meetings; booking the venue for the meetings; recording the minutes and carrying out all the necessary administration following each meeting. The clerk receives all the post and e-mails and circulates it to the councillors on a weekly basis. The clerk may also be nominated as the financial officer.
There is also a vacancy for a Parish Councillor.
