On Friday 21st October Cherwell District Council will publish a draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for Land at Bolton Road for public consultation. The consultation period will be for 6 weeks from Friday 21st October to Friday 2nd December 2011.
Land at Bolton Road offers an opportunity to make Banbury a more attractive destination by delivering new retail and other town centre uses and new public spaces. The draft SPD has been prepared by consultants Broadway Malyan in conjunction with the Council to promote and manage future development proposals for the site. It sets out a number of design and development principles for future development as well as an illustrative masterplan for the site.
From Friday 21st October the SPD will be available to view and comment on at: http://consult.cherwell.gov.uk/portal
Copies will also be available in all deposit locations highlighted below. All the documents including a summary leaflet and questionnaire will be available to view at:
