More on the Mast and the Windfarm.

They will still be taken into consideration. Please confine your comments to the met mast only and ensure you use valid planning reasons for rejecting the application. You are invited to join shamwag at Ettington Chase Hotel on Wedesday 16th November to attend the Stratford Planning committee meeting. Shamwag stress that it does help if the public are present - it highlights that there is public interest in the application.
The application will still have to go to Cherwell's planning committee on 1st December, but Stratford's view will be important in influencing Cherwell's decision.
A free bus will leave Hanwell at 5pm (village hall) and will pick up from Shotteswell's bus shelter at 5.15pm. Please book your place with Jane Winter on 738132 or Jan Burgess on 738443. The meeting starts at 6pm and the mast is the first agenda item. The bus is for everyone, not just the residents of Hanwell and Shotteswell. If you go by car the hotel postcode is CV37 7NZ.
The helicopter hover exercise showed that the mast will be visible from the Bourtons. Photos will be added to this website soon - If anyone has any that they haven't sent to us please do so! Many thanks.
