The Avoncroft Development at Little Bourton.

"We are shortly due to commence work on the first phase of the open market housing development - within the next 2 weeks weather permitting. This will comprise of Plot Nos. 1 - 8 which we hope to complete by the end of September 2010. Further phasing will depend upon sales and funding.
The new estate road name is to be called Pinson Close which you may well be aware of. This is a name given to us by Cherwell D C as we understand, Mr Pinson was the first owner of the garage. We intend to call the development Pinson Close, also.
