MINUTES OF BVHMC MEETING ON MONDAY 12th JULY 2010 AT THE VILLAGE HALL

2. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

The minutes of the previous meeting were read, approved and signed

3. MATTERS ARISING

1. Website: submit information etc for events. All to think of acts and entertainments we can approach.

2. Check timer on bolier as renters may adjust timer (Boiler off for summer) ALL WHEN IN OR OUT

3. CB to confirm another artist - Charlie Hayes - possible for Jan 2011

4. REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS & IMPROVEMENTS

Wheelchair and emergency lights to be checked at each VHMC meeting. ALL

Boiler ongoing-with PC MM

Cleaner to rest during August, return 6th September MM

See about floor buffer/polisher JA

5. PERMANENT LETTINGS

Keep fit over 50s Wednesday 8.30-9.30

Gardening Club outside in summer

Bourtons' Music Society

Caravan Clubs - lots of bookings for 2010/2011

P.C. - 1st Monday monthly

Pilates Friday am

Plus (VHMC + Music Soc) Cole Stacey for Sept 25 CB/MM

Entertainments Licence - VHMC agreed to pay 1% annual income to cover events (copyright law)
