Our very own Claire Howard is taking part in this year’s Strictly Banbury. For those of you who don’t know, Step by Step dance school organise these events at different towns around the area to raise money for charity .
Dancers from the school take people who have never danced before – known as ’ local heroes’ and train them over a 6 week period to dance two dances and a group freestyle dance. In exchange for learning to dance they have to raise as much sponsorship as possible.
This charity evening is to help raise sponsorship for the event which will be held at the Mill Arts Centre on 13th and 14th April. If you would like to attend this please contact Claire for tickets.
The Charities this year are 999 Benevolent Fund and Age UK.
Tickets for the Supper are only £5 each and you are invited to bring your own drinks.
Dom Gittus, from Cropredy, who has been asked many times to take part has finally agreed to support Claire and is apparently doing amazing well.
If you can’t come perhaps you would like to donate a raffle prize or sponsor Dom – https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-display/showROFundraiserPage?userUrl=DomGittus&pageUrl=1

“After all the no’s, it’s not for me, I’ve been persuaded to do strictly Banbury 2018 ! I’ve caved in and said yes to help my dear friend Claire Howard who is amazing and been through so much! It’s Scary as I have to lead and can’t dance!”
